I have been practicing meditation and mindfulness since 2004. I regularly undertake mediation and mindfulness training and go on retreats to support my personal and professional practice. My training and teaching has taken me across the UK, Europe, the United States and Asia. I offer retreats at The Retreat Holistic Center in mid-Essex, across East Anglia and beyond.
You are warmly invited to come along to these Retreats and take some wonderful time to rest, restore and nourish yourself. This invitation is open to anyone who wishes to begin or develop their Meditation and Mindful Compassion practice. Each retreat will comprise of 30-40 minute practices that include mindfulness and self-compassion practices, walking and loving-kindness practices. There will be time for reflections and questions too.
The cost for the seasonal retreats is on a donation basis with a guideline of £25, if this is unaffordable, contribute whatever you can on the booking portal. The most important thing is that you come and find some benefit from the practices offered.
